All Mobileone Antennas

88MHz to 160MHz

The following antennas are sorted by the frequency that they are designed for!
Example : 88MHz to 160MHz means that particular antenna can be made anywhere within that range
but not that the antenna will transmit over that entire range as this is impossible for a transmitting antenna.

A 1/4 wave helical antenna with BNC connector, covered entirely with polyolefin rubber heatshrink. The BNCVAR150 has a specially made 1/4λ phosphor bronze helical coil tuned to produce a low SWR and an exceptionally broadband antenna

The BNCVAR+freq can be supplied tuned to any particular frequency from 110MHz to 160MHz simply ask or you can order on line with the code BNCVAR followed with the frequency required eg: BNCVAR151 for 151MHz

Note: This antenna can be supplied as a TNC or N connector or any colour

Note: Also ideal for scanners that are mainly used on High band VHF.

The SMAVAR+freq can be supplied tuned to any particular frequency from 110MHz to 160MHz simply ask or you can order on line with the code SMAVAR+freq followed with the frequency required eg: SMAVAR151 for 151MHz

The SMAVAR+freq is designed for transceivers where the SMA antenna connector is extended from the case of the transceiver.

A 1/4 wave helical antenna with SMA connector designed especially for exposed SMA connectors on hand held radios and covered entirely with polyolefin rubber heatshrink.

The SMAVAR+freq has a specially made 1/4λ phosphor bronze helical coil tuned to produce an exceptionally broadband antenna.

Note: Also ideal for scanners that are mainly used for 2m band.
Note: This antenna may not fit neatly onto your transceiver

Note: The SMAVAR+freq has a diameter of 12mm at its base and may not fit some radios that have the SMA connector recessed into the radio, if this is the case then the SMAIVAR+freq is the better choice.

SMAIVAR+freq

Length Description of the SMAIVAR+freq
210mm

The SMAIVAR+freq can be supplied tuned to any particular frequency from 110MHz to 160MHz simply ask or you can order on line with the code SMAIVAR+freq followed with the frequency required eg: SMAIVAR151 for 151MHz

The SMAIVAR+freq is designed for transceivers where the SMA antenna connector is recessed into the case of the transceiver.

A 1/4 wave helical antenna with SMA connector designed especially for recessed SMA connectors on hand held radios and covered entirely with polyolefin rubber heatshrink.

The SMAIVAR+freq has a specially made 1/4λ phosphor bronze helical coil tuned to produce an exceptionally broadband antenna.

Note: Also ideal for scanners that are mainly used for 2m band.
Note: The SMAIVAR+freq will fit all hand held radios & scanners that have a SMA connection.

RDRMVAR+freq

The RDRMVAR+freq can be supplied tuned to any particular frequency from 110MHz to 160MHz simply ask or you can order on line with the code RDRMVAR+freq followed with the frequency required eg: RDRMVAR151 for 151MHz

The RDRMVAR+freq is the shortest antenna that can be made to suit frequencies from 88MHz to 160MHz and has a bandwidth of up to 4MHz with a SWR <1.5:1 when mounted onto a suitable ground plane area, this represents 2MHz on either side of the desired transmit frequency, the receive frequency is not important. The RDRMVAR is made with weather resistant materials and covered with polyolofin rubber.

Pros - Short antenna - suitable for all mounting positions on vehicles
Cons - Performance reduced due to it being a very short antenna

Recommended Accessories - UL3.6C with BMB or Mag3.6C , Z Bracket is not recommended

Note: You can use a spring SAL or SAO but the antenna will need to be re-tuned on the spring

SW2   sw2
